The delicate production process

The sugar must be white, refined, crystalline, made from cane or beetroot.


The extract comes from the single hot infusion of herbs and spices, left to soak in alcohol for a month. Each extract is expertly mixed and added to the basic composition that will create the precious vermouth.


Caramel, or burnt sugar, is an essential element, which gives the product its characteristic golden color and a slight and pleasant bitter taste.
